Policies

Please read before ordering — placing an order means you agree to the policies below.

🕑 Pickup

Pickups are Friday evenings (5–8 PM) or Sunday afternoons (12–4 PM) at a public location in Gwinnett County. We do not offer pickup from a home address.
The exact time and place are confirmed with you after you order — see How Pickup Works for details.
Orders cannot be picked up after Sunday. Every order is baked fresh for that week, so we cannot hold orders beyond it.

Need a different week? Cancellations or rescheduling to a future bake week must be made by Tuesday at 8 PM. After that, your order is locked in.
Pickups cannot be moved to an earlier date.

Need to change your pickup time? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we can move your pickup to another time between Friday and Sunday of that week.
Running late? Please message us before your pickup time. We'll wait up to 15 minutes.
Orders not picked up within 15 minutes of the agreed time, without a message from you, will be considered abandoned.
No refunds, replacements, or credits are issued for missed pickups.
Our cookies are best enjoyed within a few days of baking. A delayed pickup can affect freshness, and we don't hand over cookies we wouldn't be proud to serve.

All treats are baked fresh to order — all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Order changes (flavors, quantity, pickup vs. shipping) can be requested any time before baking begins — see Rescheduling & Cancellations above for the Tuesday 8 PM cutoff.
Once baking or packaging has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Due to Georgia cottage food law, we can only ship within the state of Georgia. We're unable to ship to other states at this time.
Orders ship Friday and usually arrive by the following Tuesday. Shipping details are confirmed after you order.
Once your order is handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Crumb Get Some Bakery is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that happen in transit — that's on the carrier, not us.
Cookies can be sensitive to heat in transit. We are not responsible for melting or damage caused by weather once a package has shipped — please keep this in mind when ordering during warmer months.
Shipping orders follow the same change policy as pickup orders (above): changes before baking begins only.

Crumb Get Some Bakery is a cottage food operation, prepared in a home kitchen that also handles: Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts.
Cross-contact with these allergens is possible in every product, even if a specific flavor doesn't call for them.
If you have a severe allergy, please keep this in mind before ordering.
