📋 Information We Collect

When you place an order, our payment processor, Square, collects your name, email address, phone number, and (for shipped orders) your shipping address, along with your order details and any flavor notes you leave at checkout.
We do not collect or store your payment card information ourselves — Square handles that directly and securely.
If you email us, message us on social media, or otherwise contact us directly, we'll have whatever information is included in that message (e.g., your email address or social handle).
If you sign up for Crumb Rewards, we collect your name, email address, and birthday through our email platform, Flodesk, so we can send you a birthday treat code.

To prepare, fulfill, and communicate with you about your order, including coordinating pickup details or shipping.
To respond to questions you send us directly.
To send Crumb Rewards members a birthday discount code, and occasional updates about the bakery, if you've signed up.
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to fulfill your order or run Crumb Rewards (e.g., Square for payment processing, Flodesk for the rewards signup and emails, a shipping carrier for delivery).

This website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics.
We use Google Fonts to display text on this site — loading the page may send your device's IP address to Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Checkout happens on Square's own site (square.link), governed by Square's privacy policy.
Crumb Rewards signups happen through Flodesk, governed by Flodesk's privacy policy.
